We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from mslonline.ca, you may return the item within 10 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and other additional charges. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Merchandise to be returned must be unused and in new condition.
- A copy of the customer receipt and original packing slip must accompany all returns
- A refund will be issued only to the original credit card
You may return anything ordered from us for exchange, credit, or refund EXCEPT the following:
- CHS, BA and NOAA Charts
- Electronic Charts, DVDs & Videos
- Special Order Items
Damaged, incorrect Items and Shortage Claims
- Please report damaged or missing items within 3 days of delivery via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise or shortages, please email within 3 days for adjustment.
Product and service description and pricing is subject to correction and change. Maritime Services may refuse or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, or based upon erroneous promotion terms, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
